How do we get started?
We’ll begin with an initial consultation to discuss your health history, goals, and concerns. From there, I’ll design a customized program and outline next steps. We’ll also schedule regular check-ins to track your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
Do you only focus on diet, or do you address other areas of life too?
My approach is holistic. While nutrition is a big piece of the puzzle, we also look at sleep, stress, movement, and mindset to ensure your changes are sustainable and effective.
Do you recommend specific supplements?
Only if necessary. I don’t believe in long lists of supplements unless they’re targeted to address specific deficiencies or issues. Whenever I suggest a supplement, I’ll explain why you need it and how it supports your goals.
Will I be put on a strict or extreme diet?
No. I don’t believe in crash diets or extreme elimination protocols without a clear purpose. We’ll work on balanced, sustainable meal plans that honor your individual preferences and lifestyle.
How do you measure progress?
Together, we’ll set clear, measurable goals—whether they’re related to energy levels, digestion, physical activity, or lab results. We’ll also evaluate qualitative changes, like reduced stress or improved self-confidence, as part of your success story.

Do you diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions?
No. As a health coach, I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Instead, I focus on helping you better manage your existing conditions by guiding you toward healthier lifestyle choices—like balanced nutrition, stress management, and mindful movement. Think of it as using food and positive habits as medicine alongside any treatments or advice from your primary healthcare providers. If you have a specific medical concern, it’s important to consult with a qualified medical professional for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.
